Coronavirus -

We are following the latest advice from Public Health England and the Church of England. Currently this includes advice not to meet together.  On Sunday mornings at 11am we are meeting together through Zoom.  On Easter Sunday we will also be live steaming a sunrise service through the Holy Cross Facebook page.

We believe that the church family consists of people from all backgrounds, cultures and ages.

Meeting together is an important expression of that family.

Children and young people are welcome to all our services.

Thanksgivings & Baptisms

When baby is born, families and friends want to celebrate.

A Service of Thanksgiving enables a family to give thanks to God for a child in the context of the church and wider community. It includes parents and godparents making commitments to the child, naming and also allows the possibility of baptism when the child is older and can make the decision for him or herself.

Baptism, or sometimes called “Christening”, is a service that marks membership of the church and so requires parents and godparents to make promises about following Jesus as teacher and Lord and to participate in the church family life. We would like to support you in making the right decision for your family.

We enjoy arranging weddings and we'd love to help you organise a church wedding
